Return & Refund Policy

Eligible items

Unopened, unused retail products in original packaging are eligible for return within 30 days.

Non-returnable items

For health and safety reasons the following are non-returnable once opened: sterile products, personal-hygiene items, and any item marked non-returnable on its product page.

• • Incontinence & personal hygiene
• • Custom / special-order items

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.

Wholesale returns

Wholesale returns are handled per the terms of the quotation and account agreement. Contact your account manager.
